Consumul de apa reprezinta un factor important, de aceea specialistii ne recomanda sa consumam cel putin 2 litri de apa pe zi iar daca temperaturile sunt ridicate, cantitatea de apa trebuie crescuta pentru a evita deshidratarea.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt aspect important pentru evitarea balonarii este felul in care mancam.Evitati sa mancati pe fuga&nbsp;si sa inghititi mancarea fara se mestecati indeajuns.&nbsp;Incepand de la micul-dejun si pana la cina, servirea mesei&nbsp;este un proces complex pe care ar trebui sa il ducem la capat exact asa cum ne este recomandat.<\/p>\n<p>Iata ce trebuie sa cuprinda cele trei mese principale ale zilei pentru a evita senzatia de balonare.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>Mic&nbsp;dejun:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Albusuri de ou &#8211; omleta, ou fiert, piept de pui la gratar, branza de vaci sau perle de branza, fulgi de ovaz sau cereale integrale. Acestea aduc un aport mare de fibre, minerale si vitamine.
