Aportul de fibre si cantitatea mare de beta glucan continut in acestea aduce nenumarate beneficii cum ar fi reducerea colesterolului si mentinerea senzatia de satietate pe o perioada mai lunga de timp.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>&#8211; Fructe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Iti poti incep ziua cu un smothie sau cu fructe precum bananele, merele, sau fructele de padure. Toate acestea au un aport caloric mic dar sunt in schimb bogate in tot felul de vitamine, asigurand o importanta doza de energie de care vei avea nevoie pe tot parcursul zilei ce urmeaza. Iti poti prepara dimineata un shake de fructe plin de vitamine combinand cateva din fructele tale preferate cu iaurt si amestecandu-le intr-un blender.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>&#8211; Avocado<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Este plin de grasimi sanatoase care te ajuta sa-ti scazi nivelul colesterolului din sange, iar grasimile sanatoasedin el pastreaza nivelul de insulina constant si ajuta sa la arderea celor nesanatoase din organism. In plus, acesta este extrem de satios.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\">&#8211; Iaurtul si celelalte derivate lactate<\/span><\/strong> cum ar fi kefirul sau branza slaba de vaci, imbunatatesc tranzitul intestinal, intaresc sistemul imunitar si ajuta la scaderea in greutate. Iaurtul este un aliment ideal pentru micul dejun deoarece este hranitor si se digera mult mai repede decat laptele. Este o sursa bogata de calciu si de proteine.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>&#8211; Oua<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Multe persoane evita consumul de oua la micul dejun din cauza continutului de ridicat de colesterol si grasimi. Puteti insa cu usurinta sa evitati toate acestea consumand oua de prepelita. Acestea au un aport proteic mare si sunt foarte sanatoase. O omleta din oua de prepelita la micul dejun face minuni pe tot parcurul zilei. In mare parte, persoanele care au un mic dejun incarcat proteic, consuma mai putine calorii pe parcursul zilei.<\/p>\n<p>Pe langa cele enumerate mai sus este necesar sa consumam zilnic,&nbsp;cantitate suficienta de apa pentru o cat mai buna hidratare. Persoanele care nu consuma suficienta apa si nu sunt hidratate, resimt altfel starea de foame.
